 While people with Type 2 diabetes have a high level of blood sugar, which is very difficult to control. Type 1 and type 2 diabetes are not the same, there is a lot of difference between these two.

Type 1 diabetes

In this type of diabetes, beta cells of the pancreas are completely destroyed and thus it is not possible to make insulin. This is due to genetic, auto-immune and some viral infections, due to which only beta cells are completely destroyed in childhood.

 This disease is usually seen in less than 12 to 25 years.  According to the Health Ministry, only 1% to 2% of cases in India have Type 1 diabetes problems.

Type 2 diabetes

People with type 2 diabetes have a high level of blood sugar, which is very hard to control. In this situation, the sufferer feels thirstier, there are problems like frequent urination and frequent hunger.

 It can happen to anyone. nowadays it is seen more in children. In type 2 diabetes, the body is unable to use insulin properly.

How type 1 diabetes will occur?

Type 1 diabetes can occur at any time in childhood, even in the infancy stage. But type 1 diabetes is usually seen in a state of less than 6 to 18 years. That is, it is a disease that occurs in children. Although the number of people with this type of diabetes is very low, 1% to 2% of people in India have type 1 diabetes.

How type 2 diabetes will occur?

Lack of exercise and a high intake of fast food, children also have type 2 diabetes. It is visible to people under the age of 15, especially in children of 12 or 13 years.

 It is more in women than men. This disease is more of those people whose weight is higher, generally higher than BMI (body mass index). It may also be due to genetic reasons.

Symptoms of type 1 diabetes

An increased amount of sugar in type 1 diabetes, the patient repeatedly comes to urination, due to excess fluid coming out of the body, the patient feels very thirsty. Due to this, there is also a lack of water in the body, the patient feels weakness, besides the heartbeat also increases.

Symptoms of type 2 diabetes

Due to this, increasing the level of blood sugar in the body causes fatigue, less appearance, and headache. Since the fluid gets excessive in the body, the patient gets more thirsty.

 If there is an injury, it does not heal quickly. The effect of continuing to remain more and more of diabetes falls on the eyesight, due to which there is a disease called diabetic retinopathy, which reduces the viscosity of the eyes.

Treatment for diabetes

Insulin is given to prevent diabetes. Insulin is a hormone made by the pancreas which is very useful for our body. Insulin provides blood sugar only through insulin. Insulin acts to transfer sugar to other parts of the body. Cells get energy from the sugar delivered by insulin.
